Rohrbach Associates PC is excited to announce numerous new projects. 1. The University of Northern Iowa's Lawther Hall Feasibility Study - in association with KSQ Architects. This project is a feasibility study to analyze the existing facility and create a modernized design program that meets the Universities scope and goals. This project is estimated at $12 million dollars construction cost. 2. Iowa State University's Biosciences Facilities - Bessey Hall Addition - in association with HDR. This project includes constructing an addition to Bessey Hall of approximately 54,000 GSF and remodeling approximately 7,880 sf in the existing facility. This scope of work is budgeted at $20.3 million dollars construction cost. 3. The Unviersity of Northern Iowa's Maucker Cafe Renovation. This project will relocate the existing coffee shop into the Essentials area of the Union. The remodel will include a market/cafe with a coffee concept as well as a grab and go, convenience store and seating. 4. The University of Iowa's Madison Street Residence Hall - Rohrbach Associates is proud to be a member of the Miron Construction Design-Build team. Working with Harley Ellis Devereaux, the team will be working to complete a $78M 1000 bed Residence Hall for the east campus. The twelve floor hall will include student rooms, lounges, common areas, academic support space, administrative offices, and a dining facility. 2015's going to be great! Images coming soon!!
Rohrbach Associates is happy to announce being awarded the Iowa State University - Friley Residence Hall Dining renovation project. This project is the renovation of approximately 20,600 SF of the existing dining hall and kitchen in Friley Residence Hall to create a new dining experience on campus.
